Rosemary Garlic Meatballs

One word to describe this dish- delicious! I chose to cook them on the stovetop instead of the oven. Make sure to chop the rosemary EXTREMELY fine. This assures that it won’t have a pine-needle texture inside your meatballs.  The key to great meatballs on the stovetop is not to flip them too early. You want meatballs, not ground hamburger!  I added the stalks of the garlic plant to the dish while cooking as well- this is a great way to incorporate the whole plant. This recipe pairs well with sweet potatoes, rice, and a veggie!
