Today’s recipe is one of my favorites! This recipe is frequently made in my household and has great flavor. It is best served with a vegetable, salad, and some sort of starch to soak up all its creamy goodness. Although the traditional recipe uses heavy whipping cream, it is easily made dairy-free by substituting coconut milk and coconut cream. It’s a running joke that we always forget the almonds on top, so remember to top it off with some raw sliced almonds.
