Paprika Parsnip Fries

If you have yet to become a parsnip fan, here is your chance!! These parsnip fries are a great addition to any meal, and they’re super easy to make! Think of them as a cross between a carrot and a potato.  I personally used coconut oil instead of butter to roast them. I also did not peel the parsnips, I just made sure they were cleaned well before baking. Beware of anything that might be stuck to the bottom of the oven when you turn it up to 500, don’t set off the fire alarms like I did 😊
